An opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Delivery Manager to join our Business Performance team based from one of our regional offices.

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

As a Commercial Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Head of Business Performance of your allocated business unit to set an integrated commercial, business development, resource strategy, and business plan at Department level to drive sustainable, predictable, profitable growth. Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Leading the delivery of the operational execution plans at Department level, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Assisting in setting Department level resource plans, financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Monitoring and deep diving into performance of commercial and operational activities using key metrics and drive operational action plans to improve outcomes
  • Conducting relevant research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial and operational risks to ensure business continuity
  • Developing and implementing opportunities to improve profitable revenue growth and margin
  • Overseeing pricing strategies and behaviours to ensure competitiveness and drive profitability
  • Collaborating with and coordinating diverse teams (BD&M, CXO, HR, Finance, Data etc.)
  • Building and maintaining profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

About You

We're looking for a forward thinking Commercial Delivery Manager who has a passion for building long lasting relationships and experience of operating in a fast paced and complex matrix model. Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • The ability to interpret financial data and drive financial performance
  • Proven experience in a commercial role, with a focus on managing profit and loss accounts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrable experience in strategy developing and implementing operational execution plan
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Demonstrable experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing complex relationships
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate and influence at all levels
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment
