Job summary

Allianz Commercial is seeking a Commercial Data Product Owner to lead the development and exploitation of data within Allianz Commercial. You will own the vision, roadmap and backlog for data products, working with a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver value across the business.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and a passion for data, with a hybrid working pattern from the Guildford office and regular office presence. Closing date 22/10/26.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or financial services, ideally with exposure to commercial insurance.
• Interest in data and how it creates value through data products, analytics or AI/automation.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Product Owner experience welcome but not essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for data products across Allianz Commercial.
• Define the product vision and governance for data integration and use.
• Collaborate with business teams and data specialists to deliver value.
• Prioritise backlogs, write epics and user stories for the Scrum team.
• Prepare for PI planning and align with program objectives.
• Demonstrate progress and drive adoption of releases.
