Job summary

Scale Up Philippines partners with a UK-based property management and hospitality brand to hire a Commercial Support Executive. You will produce performance reporting, build and maintain property listings across channels, and manage commercial administration.

You will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and collaborate with Revenue, Finance, and Operations teams. You will thrive in a data-rich role, possess excellent English, and take pride in accuracy.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups and forecasting tools.
• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong numeracy and ability to spot anomalies in data.
• Ability to work independently across time zones and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn industry systems and adapt quickly.
• Experience with property management or short-term rental contexts a plus.
• Proficient with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with listing platforms (Airbnb/Booking.com, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly performance and benchmarking reports for all properties.
• Create weekly commercial packs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and bookings vs forecast.
• Maintain market benchmarking for Manchester and competitive sets.
• Prepare weekly revenue notes for the Revenue Manager.
• Run ad-hoc analyses for underperforming homes or forecasts.
• Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy for owner-facing reporting.
• Build and manage property listings across multiple channels.
• Maintain listing accuracy: content, images, amenities, policies.
• Manage reviews and channel health scores; flag operational issues.
• Audit portfolio quarterly to ensure coverage.
• Own direct booking pages: imagery, copy, and go-live dates.
• Ensure booking engine syncs with PMS (rates, availability, rules).
• Keep direct channel parity or better with platforms.
• Prepare client-ready responses and monthly client packs.
• Onboard new clients: paperwork, owner portal setup, ClickUp checklists.
• Support invoicing, reconciliation queries, and commercial trackers.
