About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

Advising on the legal aspects of technology transactions, including software licensing, IT service agreements, and system implementations.

Knowledge of software licensing, IT services, and cybersecurity is essential.

Experience with emerging technologies like AI is highly desirable.

A practical, solutions-focused approach to advising clients on contractual, operational, and regulatory challenges.
