- Lead and develop a team of Country and Commercial managers- Leads the commercial strategy and execution plan for key markets- Co-ordination of best-in-class Country Plans produced by the Country Managers- In conjunction with Country and Commercial managers and the RFO teams, provide regular forecast assumptions, in particular for new programs and offers- Observe and collate relevant trends assessing threats and opportunities from the market and the business- Develop deep commercial subject matter expertise on the commercial and customer needs of the countries- Oversee select regional Monthly Payments,Trade In and Carrier programs and stitch these together across Apple to ensure smooth, consistent performance of our consumer facing offerings- Prioritise market and program offerings and expansion planning at the country and partner level. Lead GTM efforts to consolidate end to end programmatic and customer experience requirements- Support the identification and development of new digital partnership opportunities- Identify and develop segment programs in partnership with WW functional and program leaders- Drive plans and initiatives to address challenges and opportunities and be able to articulate requirements to senior leadership- Coordinate and drive non-capex offer initiatives. Interface with Product Management on Business requirements- Be Apple Retail’s Commercial representative in market. Develop strong connections across Retail and extended business functions.- Support the day-to-day execution of program activities, including marketing, customer experience issues, process improvement and co-ordination with external program partners- Partner with Apple Financial Services to set partner strategy, project prioritization and contract negotiation with major financing partners- Identify program enhancements (including capital investment opportunities) based on the respective local landscape, purchasing trends and Apple’s strategy- Drive regional financing program performance through analysis and partnership with Apple Retail Stores and Apple Store Online business teams
