Vous serez responsable de la gestion des contrats, de la protection des données et de la sécurité de l'information. Qualifications

• Solicitor en contrats commerciaux avec une expérience de plus de 6 ans (PQE).
• Capacité à conseiller sur les contrats commerciaux et la protection des données.
• Expérience dans un secteur axé sur les services appréciée.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller sur les contrats commerciaux, y compris les contrats de fournisseurs et d'accords de joint-venture.
• Gérer les processus, procédures et projets liés à la protection des données.
• Prendre la responsabilité des contrats commerciaux et du travail de DP au sein de l'entreprise.

Job description

Commercial Counsel role with market leading professional services business based in their Birmingham city centre office

(hybrid 3 days per week)

A unique, entrepreneurial business with a strong operational and technology platform is looking to recruit a hands-on commercial contracts solicitor to take responsibility for advising the business on the full range of commercial and day to day matters. You will be the dedicated commercial contracts lead reporting in to the Head of Legal & Compliance.

You will provide focused support on various agreements including supplier contracts, JV agreements, marketing services, technology, procurement etc

Additionally you will take responsibility for driving processes, procedures, renewals, training and Data Protection projects.

The role would suit a commercial contracts solicitor / in-house lawyer with 6+ years PQE who can take full responsibility and autonomy for the commercial contracts and DP work across the business.

You will have a pro-active, solution-focused approach, be able to influence and prioritise in a fast paced environment.

You will be comfortable advising on a full range of commercial contracts, DP and information security and thrive taking accountability of these areas. Services-focused sector experience would be useful. (FS/technology/prof servs/legal etc)

Salary 80-85k pa.

Hybrid working (3 days a week in Birmingham city centre)
