About You:

• You will have a previous background in Quantity Surveying.
• You will have experience in Cost Management controls and systems within the Construction/Engineering Sectors.
• You will have experience in Public Sector Procurement.
• You will have experience with NEC Contracts.

What you will be doing:

In this position, you will be tasked with providing a total cost overview of programmes and projects to commercial and project managers, as well as managing any risks and changes. You will look to ensure all Approved Projects are reported to finance and managed in accordance with Governance.

This position is based in the centre of London and is accessible by Train, Tube, Bus, and Car.

The rate of pay for this position is £[insert rate] per day, Umbrella rate, over a 6-month contractual period.
