Job description

One of Exeter's modern and supportive law firms are looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team.The work will involve undertaking all aspects of commercial and corporate law, particularly commercial contract work. Working within a close-knit team environment, this is a good opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level, but within a regional-sized firm, which is all geared towards giving their clients the very best in service.

The ideal candidate will have between 2 – 5 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial and corporate work including dealing with commercial contracts and corporate transactions. Expertise of commercial contracts is essential, as well as experience of dealing commercial contract management and procurement would also be helpful. As well as an effective communicator, we are looking for someone who will fit in well with a passionate team, focused on delivering a professional, proactive service to all of our clients.

This firm has continued to grow, both in size and reputation, over the past few years, to a point now where they have over 200 employees, with a fantastic head office. The offices are open plan and the firm enjoys an inclusive and diverse culture. Experience and skills sought:

• Commercial contract experience with circa 2-5 years' PQE
• Passionate and commercially-minded
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to lead some of the more junior staff
• An enthusiastic approach to client care

Hours and Benefits:
