Job summary

Blenheim and Pye is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to join our commercial and project team, providing essential administrative and financial support while gaining hands-on exposure to core quantity surveying duties in residential housebuilding.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you'll assist with procurement, subcontract management, payments and document control, while developing cost management skills.

Qualifications

Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Detail-oriented with strong organisational capabilities.
Genuine interest in developing a career as a Quantity Surveyor within residential housebuilding.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and financial support to the commercial and project team.
Gain hands-on exposure to core quantity surveying duties: cost estimating, take-offs, valuations and cost monitoring.
Support procurement, subcontract management, payments and document control.
Develop involvement in project cost management.
