In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the guest journey and driving performance across our Extended Stay offering. You’ll bring a strong background in Sales and/or Reservations, along with a proven ability to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and local business networks in the Birmingham market.
A typical day in this role involves overseeing pricing and inventory on various distribution channels, ensuring smooth group and individual reservations, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads and boost occupancy. You'll spend time building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients and long-stay guests, providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, you'll collaborate with hotel operations to coordinate and guarantee seamless guest experiences throughout the day.
