Are you an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal or a Conveyancing Paralegal looking to explore the commercial property side of law? If you're seeking a friendly, high-performing legal environment with diverse work, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

We’re hiring for a small, vibrant law firm near Sutton, seeking a talented Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to join on a part-time basis (3 days/week in the office). Whether you have direct commercial conveyancing experience or a residential conveyancing background aiming to transition, this is an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities: You will work alongside a seasoned Commercial Property Partner, supporting a variety of commercial conveyancing transactions. Your duties include managing files, preparing legal documents, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring smooth transaction progress.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Paralegal in commercial property conveyancing or related legal field preferred
• Strong knowledge of property law and legal concepts
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency in case management software
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship building
• A team player capable of working independently

This role is ideal for a Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal who enjoys being hands-on, client-facing, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will work directly with the Commercial Property Partner, gaining mentorship and managing your responsibilities. The team values transparency, communication, and excellent client service.
