Qualifications

• Experienced Commercial Conveyancer with a strong background in commercial property work.

• Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions, including leases, lease assignments, renewals, and general commercial conveyancing matters
• Handling commercial property sales and purchases
• Dealing with leasehold and freehold matters, including more complex or non-standard transactions
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
• Taking responsibility for organising and supervising support staff where appropriate
• Delivering a consistently high standard of service to both new and existing clients
• Playing an active role in a varied and high-quality caseload
