A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join its growing Commercial Contracts & Technology team in Southampton. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled lawyer with expertise in technology transactions, outsourcing, and complex commercial agreements to play a key role in a dynamic and ambitious practice.

The Role:

1. Advising multinational corporations, tech companies, and financial institutions on commercial contracts, outsourcing, and technology-driven transactions.
2. Leading and negotiating IP-heavy agreements, as well as strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
3. Providing expert guidance on data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in commercial contracts.
4. Collaborating with a global team on cross-border deals and high-profile mandates.
5. Playing a pivotal role in business development, client relationship management, and team growth.

About You:

1. 7+ years' PQE gained at a leading UK or international firm.
2. Expertise in commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, and IP transactions.
3. Strong technical knowledge of data privacy, AI, and emerging tech trends is advantageous.
4. Proven ability to lead on complex matters and develop client relationships.
5. Experience mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
