Providing expert guidance on data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance in commercial contracts. Collaborating with a global team on cross-border deals and high-profile mandates. Playing a pivotal role in business development, client relationship management, and team growth. About You: 7+ years' PQE gained at a leading UK or international firm. Expertise in commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, and IP transactions. Strong technical knowledge of data privacy, AI, and emerging tech trends is advantageous. Proven ability to lead on complex matters and develop client relationships. Experience mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
