We are seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join a prestigious international law firm's Commercial Contracts & Technology team in Liverpool. The Role:

About You:

• 7+ years' PQE gained at a leading UK or international firm.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, and IP transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge of data privacy, AI, and emerging tech trends is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead on complex matters and develop client relationships.
• Experience mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
