  1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including agreements, licenses, and vendor contracts.
  2. Advise clients on contractual matters, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  3. Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and industry best practices.
  4. Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
  5. Collaborate with teams to develop contract management strategies.
