As a Commercial Contracts Solicitor, you will work with a dedicated team and contribute to the firm's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including agreements, licenses, and vendor contracts.
2. Advise clients on contractual matters, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
3. Conduct legal research to stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
4. Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
5. Collaborate with teams to develop contract management strategies.
6. Assist in resolving contract disputes, including negotiations and litigation.
