Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their busy team in Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to contribute to the firm's continued success and growth and enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Position Overview
The Commercial Contracts Solicitor will play a key role in delivering comprehensive legal services to the firm's diverse client base, which includes entrepreneurs, company directors, shareholders, and high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of non-contentious commercial contracts matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of non-contentious commercial contracts matters
• Draft and review standard and bespoke commercial agreements
• Provide corporate support and advice to clients
• Assist with partnerships, LLPs, and competition law matters
• Handle asset finance and consumer credit issues

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• Excellent academic credentials and strong commercial experience
• Exceptional interpersonal, marketing, and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed
