Candidates should have over 4 years of PQE in commercial law and experience in IP and data protection. The position supports hybrid working, with 3 days in the office.

This is a strategic senior-level hire offering a clear pathway to partnership, either now or in the near future. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Team Leader, driving the growth of the Commercial Contracts offering, and shaping the future direction of the team. You will manage your own caseload while contributing to mentoring, team development, and business growth. Core Areas of Work include Commercial contracts (including supply, distribution, SaaS, and licensing agreements). Intellectual property (registration, protection, and enforcement). Data protection and privacy compliance.
