Commercial Contracts Manager(Hybrid) - London

Arthur is supporting a leading organisation in hiring aCommercial Contracts Managerto oversee strategic vendor relationships across Technology, Services, Operations, and Facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring contractual compliance, performance monitoring, and alignment with internal governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support contract negotiations and vendor onboarding.
  • Maintain a central repository of vendor contracts and track key milestones (renewals, expirations).
  • Monitor vendor performance and support reporting and audit processes.
  • Ensure vendor governance policies are current and compliant.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendor-related issues and escalations.
  • Support risk assessments and contribute to vendor risk frameworks.
  • Stay informed on developments in Technology and AI-related contracts, including SLAs and KPIs.
Candidate Profile
  • 5–7 years’ experience in contract management, vendor oversight, or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of vendor ecosystems and contracts across Technology, Service, and Operations.
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks and third-party risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Professional qualifications such asCIPS, CPSM, CTPE, or familiarity withSFIAare desirable.
  • Experience withITILorCOBITis a plus.
