Job summary

Vix Technology is seeking a commercially minded Contracts Manager to support pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle. You will review terms, draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements, and ensure obligations are understood and managed across delivery.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Bid and Delivery teams, providing practical guidance, managing contract changes, variations and milestones, and escalating issues that require legal input.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating B2B agreements.
• Experience managing contractual changes.
• Understanding of commercial risk, payment terms and liability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales by reviewing terms and drafting/negotiating agreements.
• Manage post-sales contract governance, variations, and renewals.
• Maintain contract records and templates; liaise with internal teams.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues to stakeholders.
• Elevate issues requiring legal advice.
