Commercial & Contracts Manager - Inside IR35 - Up to £43 per hour - BPSS (Must be willing to undergo SC Clearance) - Portsmouth or Stevenage - 7 Months - Single Stage Process

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Commercial & Contracts Manager for an initial 7-month contract in Portsmouth or Stevenage.

Job Summary

Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of opportunities and contracts across various sectors including ESA, UK Government, UK MOD, and private corporations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver profitable solutions, mitigate risks, and ensure governance compliance.

Handle commercial aspects of business acquisition and bidding processes, including bid preparation, contract review, and negotiations.

Advise procurement teams on contractual obligations and risks, ensuring proper flow-down and mitigation.

Manage existing contracts to ensure performance, change management, and prompt payments.

Build and maintain relationships with clients for smooth contract operations.

Support wider business needs with commercial guidance, employing best practices ethically and efficiently.

Operate independently, knowing when to escalate issues.
