SNC Mission Systems UK in Bristol is seeking a Commercial Officer to manage the commercial lifecycle, bids, contracts, and supplier engagements. You will work with Programme Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Senior Leadership to protect commercial interests and enable delivery of strategic programmes.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in defence, aerospace, maritime or government environments.
• Willingness to learn and progress in a challenging commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, negotiation and administration of customer contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, framework agreements and teaming arrangements.
• Assist with the commercial aspects of competitive bids, proposals and growth opportunities.
• Identify contractual, commercial and operational risks and support the development of appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Review customer and supplier terms and conditions and support commercial negotiations.
