Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a busy local authority based in Pembrokeshire, which is in need of a Lawyer to join their Commercial Contracts and Procurement team. This role is expected to last until September 2025.

Role:

Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Location:

Pembrokeshire - can be done REMOTELY

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own Commercial Contracts caseload from start to finish, including advising on Procurement matters.
• Handle non-contentious contract matters.
• Draft and complete bespoke and standard forms of contract, including NEC and JCT contracts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Contracts and Procurement law.
• Experience working directly for a Local Authority within a Commercial Contracts team is preferred.
• Ability to support and mentor junior team members.
