Gallagher, a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, is seeking a talented Solicitor to join our Legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to transformational projects across the UK and EMEA.
As a Solicitor in our Commercial Contracts team, you will play a key role in supporting Gallagher’s insurance broking and risk management businesses. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, Client Services Agreements, Insurer TOBAs, Delegated Authority Agreements, and more. You will also act as a legal representative on regulatory and legal change programmes, ensuring that Gallagher remains compliant and competitive in a fast-evolving industry.
This role can be based in any of our Gallagher offices across the UK on a hybrid basis.
