The Role
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 5 Years PQE to join a growing Company and Commercial team, focusing on commercial contracts.
  • You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating master service agreements, framework agreements, and procurement-related contracts.
  • Advising on supply of goods and services, outsourcing, and distribution arrangements.
  • Supporting clients with e-commerce, data protection, and GDPR compliance.
  • Leading business development initiatives, growing your own client base and professional network.
Skills Required
  • Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial contracts.
  • Strong technical expertise across a wide range of agreements and commercial law matters.
  • A proven ability to grow and nurture client relationships.
  • Experience in business development and networking with referrers and professionals.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
