Qualifications

• Solicitor or equivalent with strong experience in commercial contracts and data protection.
• Experience in legal knowledge management, innovation, and AI within legal services.
• Comfortable developing precedents, practice materials, training and client-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing know-how across commercial contracts and data protection, keeping teams informed of developments.
• Developing precedents, practice notes, and knowledge resources with lawyers and wider teams.
• Advising on and supporting the effective use of AI tools within legal services and process improvements.
• Identifying learning needs and delivering training, workshops and supporting materials.
