Job summary

Arguile is seeking an experienced Fractional Commercial Contracts Professional to support mobilisation of a significant contract within a fast-growing SME. This hands-on role collaborates with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure the contract is commercially and operationally ready for delivery, with SC clearance and occasional travel to Cheshire.

• Able to travel occasionally to Cheshire.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Professional to support the mobilisation of a newly secured, multi-million-pound contract within a fast-growing scale-up SME.

This is a hands-on role, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure the contract is commercially and operationally ready for successful delivery.

• Lead commercial activity throughout contract mobilisation.
• Review and translate contractual obligations into practical delivery requirements.
• Establish contract management, governance and reporting processes.
• Identify and manage commercial risks, opportunities and contractual obligations.
• Support change control, variations and ongoing customer/supplier management.
