Job summary

Arguile is seeking a Part-time, 3‑month Commercial Contracts Professional to support the mobilisation of a high‑value contract in Cheshire. The role is 20 hours per week, outside IR35, SC cleared, with occasional travel to Cheshire, and requires hands‑on experience translating obligations into delivery requirements.

You will work closely with senior leadership and operations to establish governance, manage commercial risks, and provide pragmatic advice to stakeholders during mobilisation.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial contracts/contract management experience.
• Proven experience mobilising significant or complex contracts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME/scale-up environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Current SC Clearance essential.
• Available for 20 hours per week over 3 months.
• Able to travel occasionally to Cheshire.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Professional to support the mobilisation of a newly secured, multi-million-pound contract within a fast-growing scale-up SME.

This is a hands-on role, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure the contract is commercially and operationally ready for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activity throughout contract mobilisation.
• Review and translate contractual obligations into practical delivery requirements.
