We have a brand new opportunity for a Contract Manager based around Southampton.

We have a team of up to 40 Contract Managers and CM designates across the UK, reporting to a team of Regional Operations Managers. This team delivers high-quality grounds maintenance services and acquires additional business.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Reporting to a Senior Contract Manager, managing Field Teams and directly employed staff to ensure grounds maintenance work is delivered on time and to standard.
  • Recruiting and training Field Teams in 'Ways of Working' and quality standards.
  • Monitoring daily work quality of Field Teams.
  • Line and performance management of staff.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Providing management reports.
  • Pricing, selling, and managing landscaping and grounds maintenance projects, including additional works and large landscaping projects.
  • Developing relationships with local client decision-makers.
  • Accurately pricing new maintenance sites during tenders.
  • Supervising additional works on existing sites.
