Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for delivering high‑quality commercial construction projects in the hospitality sector? Our Client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee exciting developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site operations on commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage all aspects of works including groundworks, drainage, steel frame installations, demolition, and fit‑outs.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, CDM requirements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Work collaboratively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and daily progress reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing the full construction cycle on commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, steel structures, refurbishments, and fit‑outs.
• SMSTS and First Aid Certification (required).
• CSCS card (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel nationwide.
