Commercial Director - Transplant Co-Lead - Taiwan

We are looking for an Exceptional Commercial Head to Co-lead the Transplant business in Taiwan at Director level.

Your previous career spans extensive marketing leadership and team management, with proven experience redeveloping the business's approach to the Healthcare Ecosystem from a pre-launch, policy, and marketing expertise.

Working directly with the GM, you should have extensive knowledge and team management of the Taiwan landscape while working closely with the APAC regional head and team.

Experience:

Extensive experience in Transplant brand management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Project Management Skills:

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure alignment between departments such as medical, regulatory, and market access.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maximizing local brand performance.
  • Co-own the development and implementation of the Growth Strategy and annual plans for the brand in close collaboration with local brand team members and other stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Management in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with P&L Management and Forecasting experience.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with experience in developing marketing strategies.
