Your skill in business to business relationship building and contract management, combined with your knowledge of business communication technologies, will play a pivotal role in the growth of Vodafone Business.   • Excellent relationship builder, with the necessary personal impact to build credibility with customers, account and senior Sales managers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at a senior level with customers and internally
  • Significant experience of developing and negotiating compelling commercial propositions and/or managing complex telco/outsource contracts
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Commercial Contractual issues affecting global bids and their impact on VBI
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and can demonstrate an ability to deliver though others
What you’ll do

We are recruiting for aCommercial Client Partner, a senior position that will be responsible for owning and managing the commercial, contract relationship with the Vodafone’s largest Enterprise Customers.

You will manage the commercial relationship with one/two of VBI largest strategic accounts managing contracts with combined revenue up to €20M pa. Accountable for ensuring VBI is delivering on all of its contractual obligations on these accounts, and for delivering incremental value for these customers and for VBI.

  • Accountable for execution of all of VBI’s commercial contractual obligations over the life of the contract
  • Seen by customer and VBI leadership as strategic advisor to key stakeholders. Produce internal executive briefings on commercial performance of managed accounts and recommendations on how to grow value in accounts and differentiate VBI from competition.
  • Manage senior stakeholders (up to C Level) in case of potential or actual escalation (management briefings, presentation, costs analysis, options / recommendations)
  • Collaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Legal, Solution, and OpCos’ organisations to maximise profitability of the managed accounts
  • Support contract negotiations during renewals or strategic acquisition opportunities.
