We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Client Executive team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bristol. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

We have a fantastic opportunity to lead a successful and growing team of Client Executives and manage a portfolio of corporate clients. This role is ideal for a client service and growth-focused insurance Executive with team leadership or management experience, or someone looking to progress into management.

Responsibilities include:

• Mentoring and managing a team of Client Executives to ensure best practices and client retention
• Supporting team members' learning and career development
• Managing a portfolio of large, complex, or multinational clients
• Supporting the team’s sales activities to achieve growth targets
• Building relationships with prospective clients to generate new business
• Leading programme design activities
• Producing budget proposals and negotiating fees
• Hosting client and insurer meetings with the team

Qualifications and experience needed:

• Significant Property-Casualty insurance experience
• Management or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Experience handling challenging situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiating and influencing skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualities:

• Proven success in winning new business
• Extensive client-facing experience
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and flexibly when needed

Additional qualifications (desirable):

• Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII
