We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial Client Advisor teams at Marsh. These roles could be located across the South, South East, South West, and London offices. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, experience as a Client Advisor, Broker, or in the Commercial Claims sector, looking to advance within an established, market-leading insurance broker.

We will count on you to:

  • Work with Client Executives to retain and generate new business by leveraging strategic information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
  • Strive to meet sales goals in partnership with Client Executives.
  • Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met according to standards.
  • Handle daily queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide excellent service and drive growth.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing their questions to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of market conditions and ensure compliance with all standards to better serve clients.

What you need to have:

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance across various products or experience in related areas like Contingency and PPL (public liability insurance).
  • Experience in drafting policy documents.
  • An ambitious attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

What makes you stand out:

  • Previous experience in Commercial Insurance.

Preferred but not required qualifications:

  • Cert CII qualification and progress towards ACII.
