The Commercial Claims Manager will manage and resolve legacy claims arising from construction projects in the UK. The role will include ensuring effective commercial and legal strategies that align with the business's objectives, as well as maximising insurance recoveries, thereby safeguarding the company's financial and operational interests. The role involves leading investigations, providing strategic advice, managing legal and financial risks, and ensuring cost-effective resolutions through collaboration with project teams, the legal department, and external advisors.
