Commercial Claims Executive - Birmingham

Our client is a quality insurance brokerage, very dynamic and growing at a tremendous rate despite the difficult market. Due to this growth, they require an additional claims executive to join the team in Birmingham.

Ideal applicants will have a good all round knowledge of dealing with property, motor and casualty claims able to engage effectively wither clients, take ownership of the claim on a cradle to grave basis, working within a level of handling authority.

As well as the internal claims handling functions, you will be attending client visits to assist in a claims situation and discuss claims prevention etc., which will involve liaising will all parties including insurers and loss adjusters.

Applicants will have a good all round knowledge of commercial claims, having worked in either a broker, insurer or adjuster environment, progress towards CII qualification would be preferred and with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to key clients, a keenness to work effectively on the clients behalf and be willing to challenge insurers where necessary. Previous use of Acturis would also be beneficial.
