The Role

We are seeking a Commercial City Manager for our South West & Wales team. You will develop relationships with restaurant partners across Bath, Cardiff, and Swansea, enhancing our customer offerings and supporting our growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels in relationship building and data-driven decision making. You will report to the Regional Manager and be based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become the local expert in your assigned cities, representing Deliveroo and understanding the restaurant industry inside out.
  • Utilize data insights to enhance customer propositions neighborhood by neighborhood.
  • Manage top restaurant partners, leading negotiations and optimizing their performance on Deliveroo.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to grow local hero brands.
  • Identify, sign, and support new local favorites on Deliveroo.
  • Lead the local Business Development team, providing coaching and managing deals.
  • Develop and implement local sales strategies to address key value gaps.
  • Improve local customer offerings through market knowledge, operational improvements, and strategic planning.
  • Maximize marketing opportunities by encouraging restaurant participation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or strategic roles.
  • Results-driven with a focus on targets.
  • Ability to analyze data related to restaurant and area performance.
  • Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the field and 2-3 days remote.
  • Preferably hold a UK driving license and have access to a car.
