My client is seeking a skilled Catering Equipment Engineer to join their dedicated Engineering Team on-site. This role is perfect for a hands-on, solution-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping high-end kitchens, bars, and guest facilities running flawlessly. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing catering and hospitality equipment across the luxury estate. This includes everything from ovens, dishwashers, and coffee machines to glasswashers and refrigerators. You will manage routine maintenance, respond to urgent call-outs, and support estate-wide engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on catering and hospitality equipment.
  • Respond promptly to emergency repairs and equipment breakdowns.
  • Install, service, and repair a wide range of domestic and commercial catering systems.
  • Oversee subcontractors during new equipment installations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues across various systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance records using the estate's CMMS.
  • Provide broader support to the engineering team across estate operations.
