My client is seeking a skilled Catering Equipment Engineer to join their dedicated Engineering Team on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing catering and hospitality equipment across the luxury estate. This includes everything from ovens, dishwashers, and coffee machines to glasswashers and refrigerators. You will manage routine maintenance, respond to urgent call-outs, and support estate-wide engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on catering and hospitality equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs and equipment breakdowns.
• Install, service, and repair a wide range of domestic and commercial catering systems.
• Oversee subcontractors during new equipment installations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues across various systems.

• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records using the estate's CMMS.
