Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Catering Engineer to join a well-established engineering company specialising in the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial food-processing and catering equipment.

As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you will be supporting commercial kitchens by installing, servicing and repairing a wide range of catering equipment. This full-time field based role offers a salary range of £46,000 - £52,000 and benefits.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Commercial Catering Engineer, Catering Engineer, Gas service engineer, commercial Gas Engineer, COMCAT, Gas Engineer, Service Engineeror in a similar role.
• Have valid CCN1 certification
• COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5 qualifications
• Possess either F-Gas or Gas safe qualification
• Strong background in both gas and electrical catering equipment
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen appliances including fridges, ovens, Combi Ovens, Dish & Glass Washers, Fryers, Griddles, Fridges, Freezers etc.
• Electrical knowledge such as 18th Edition, NVQ, HNC or City & Guilds in Electrics
• Full UK driving licence
