We have an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Department as a Casual Controllers/Coordinator. This role offers you a chance to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The department primarily manages Rail Replacement services, covering TFL Overground, Underground, DLR, and Trams. Additionally, we support various national events with shuttle and park-and-ride services, as well as private sector company bus shuttle contracts.

Role Overview:
As a Casual Controllers/Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring bus services from designated locations, such as railway stations or other key points. You will also be required to complete job-specific documentation and must have a mobile device capable of downloading Go-Ahead company apps.
Full training will be given. When you are completing your application online, we advise that you use a desktop or a laptop to ensure that you are able to fully complete all sections, including the ability to upload your driving licence information.
