Job Title: Commercial Business Partner - (FMCG/ Food)
Location: Market Weighton (York)
Sector: Manufacturing
Salary: £50,000 - £57,000

Operating across both UK and European markets, this business has grown significantly through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions and now employs nearly 500+ people.
Commercial Business Partner Role Overview:
This is a key position supporting the commercial team. The successful candidate will provide financial insight, challenge decision-making, and help drive profitable growth across the division. You'll play an instrumental role in pricing strategy, financial performance reviews, budgeting, and group reporting coordination.
Commercial Business Partner Job Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and performance analysis
Review and interpret sales and margin data to identify actionable insights
Evaluate commercial viability of new business and existing contracts
Support pricing strategy to protect margin in line with market changes
Participate in S&OP and commercial pipeline reviews
Collaborate with site finance leads and group finance to align budgeting and forecasting
Propose ways to improve efficiency across processes and profitability across SKUs
Track and analyse commercial incentive schemes
Commercial Business Partner Required Attributes:
Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Previous experience partnering with commercial or sales teams
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Confident communicator, capable of influencing senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint
