Job description

Our client is a growing manufacturing business, formerly part of an instantly recognisable group.

Now privately backed and set for significant growth, the CFO is seeking a commercially focused Accountant to join as a Finance Business Partner.

Initially, this role will assist in transitioning the management accounts, but long-term responsibilities will focus on commercial finance, including business partnering with sales and marketing teams, analyzing brands, customer profitability, performance, and costing in manufacturing.

Reporting to a highly experienced CFO with a strong background in FMCG, this position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with him to drive efficiencies and explore expansion opportunities.

The role is primarily remote, with fortnightly travel to the manufacturing site (2 hours from central Manchester, driver preferred) and regular meetings with the CFO nearby Manchester.
