About the Role
Join us as a Commercial Business Partner. We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Commercial Business Partner to the Team, based out of Addlestone Office. We are looking for an exceptional individual with proven operational and sales-support experience to join our commercial organisation, and assume the responsibility for providing bid commercial, governance and dispute management support with a primary focus on the Existing Installations business, but also other areas requiring commercial expertise. This role will be responsible for managing pre-contract negotiations, developing work-winning opportunities and managing risks in a balanced way. This will encompass a broad range of interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance, assistance, legal, technical and commercial inputs/training (including supporting the development and enhancement of the pricing model) and leading negotiations. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Legal and Field Operations (FO), ensuring best practice is demonstrated at all times. This role is an excellent chance for you to expand your existing skills in a large, global organisation within a territory that gets a lot of attention from the Europe Zone it reports into, as well as the Group Top Management. This is a full time and permanent role.
