Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and relevant IT systems, especially Excel, is essential. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail and report writing ability.
As a Commercial Building Surveyor, your responsibilities include detailed financial analysis, property due diligence, compiling market activity schedules, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and providing clear reports and advice.
