Interim Corporate/Commercial Building Surveyor

South Coast

Hybrid 2/3 days per week

c.£300 per day Umbrella Inside IR35

6 Months Minimum

Panoramic Associates are supporting a local authority on the South Coast with the recruitment of an Interim Building Surveyor for Corporate and Commercial stock.

The contract will be offered on a 6-month initial basis, with a day rate of approximately £300. This role will involve various responsibilities including conducting surveys, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting building surveys for corporate and commercial properties.
2. Preparing detailed reports and assessments.
3. Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.
4. Providing expert advice on property matters.
5. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant degree in Building Surveying or related field.
2. Experience in corporate and commercial sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of building regulations.
4. Excellent communication and report writing skills.
