Job description

This is an excellent opportunity with a quality chartered insurance brokerage in the Leeds area. Our client is fiercely independent and experiencing a fantastic period of organic growth, the result of having taken on a number of high performing Account Executives over the last 12 months.

Due to this exciting growth, the need has arisen to take on an additional commercial broker to work closely with a number of Accounts Executives (who are based in various locations throughout the UK) assisting them in compiling new business submissions, presenting risks across all insurer markets including Lloyds and specialist markets, managing existing clients, making amendments and marketing renewals.

As well as speaking to clients and insurers on a daily basis, you will be managing the relationships between our client and a number of remote based Account Executives, ensuring that they are fully supported and able to build their client portfolios effectively.

Ideal applicants will have at least 2 or more year’s commercial insurance experience, preferably broking and with a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance. Previous use of Acturis system is preferred, although training can be provided.

This role comes with an excellent salary of up to £40k + Full benefits.
