Commercial Broker / Desk Based Account Executive – York – High OTE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing independent commercial insurance brokerage in a handler / desk based account executive position. Although not entirely home based, this role comes with plenty of flexibility and the need to be office based only once or twice a week.

You will work as part of an excellent team, dealing with predominately commercial insurance clients with annual premium spends from minimum premium up to £100k + and across a wide variety of disciplines from tradesman policies, to commercial combined, PI, D&O through to large commercial fleets. You will be involved in quoting on new business (all leads incoming), assisting client’s mid-term and marketing renewals.

You will receive an excellent basic salary and a lucrative commission structure which pays on all income you deal with (whether that be renewals, new business etc.)

Ideal applicants will be very team oriented with a desire to provide exceptional service to clients; you will be a strong communicator with great attention to detail and a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance and insurer markets.
