OVERVIEW - ABOUT THE ROLE.

We are looking for commercial audio-visual experts with hands-on experience in planning and buying AV media campaigns.

The role is initially offered on an interim / fractional basis and may develop based on performance and opportunities within the company. It is flexible, potentially part-time, suitable for someone with a portfolio of roles, or an AV consultant or freelancer interested in a growing independent media agency.

FUNDAMENTALS

  • Turning AV enquiries into business opportunities: Assess leads and create proposals to convert them into clients, leading to signed bookings.
  • AV Supplier Liaison: Work with TV and radio sales houses to finalize proposals and negotiate packages.
  • From Plan to Delivery: Manage campaigns from finalization to live, overseeing creative asset delivery, scheduling, bookings, delivery checks, and liaising with suppliers. Produce reports with analysis and recommendations.
  • Account management: Develop future opportunities based on campaign performance.
  • Support on other media: Assist in planning and buying across different media where possible.

FLEXIBLE WORKING

Our "3+Core" hybrid model involves 3 days in the office, with flexibility for additional or different days, and core hours from 11-4 pm.
