Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Associate/Senior Associate with 2–7 years' PQE to join a leading national law firm. You will work on high-quality, complex matters for UK and international businesses within a respected Commercial Group.

The role covers advising on outsourcing, sophisticated commercial and technology projects, and cross-border transactions, with strong Partner exposure and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years' PQE
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience advising businesses on complex commercial matters
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Commercially minded and pragmatic

• Ability to manage complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
